Key responsibilities:
Evaluate, select, and order equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective
Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing
Keep current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety
Study equipment performance and reliability. Especially the solution to reduce
Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems
Provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process
Define and write preventative maintenance schedules
Preferred Requirements:
A Bachelor of Science degree or above, in Electrical
At least 5-year Assembly equipment engineering experience. Wirebond equipment
Solid equipment engineering project and coordination experiences is a plus
Good understanding of tool monitoring and interdiction software, and equipment
Have experiences in Fault Detection & Classification (FDC), OBPF calibration, failure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing
Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
