Key responsibilities:

Talent acquisition

  • In charge overall hiring functions in Taiwan and be responsible for finding the best fit talent to strengthen talent pipeline in the company

  • Develop and build a pipeline of candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remian engaged in current or future opportunities

  • Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, etc.

    • Validate and clarify hiring requests. Partner with business functions in

    • Collection job market data and analyze talent market status

    • Search qualified candidates. Identify creative sourcing strategies

    • Manage headhunters to enlarge talent pool

    • Arrange interview and necessary tests

    • Maintain and analysis new employees’ system data

    • Responsible new employee 1st day onboarding process

  • Coordinate with Regional University Programs in charge to ensure the implementation of related programs, in Taiwan

    • Collect campus recruitment needs from business departments

    • Co-work with Taiwan key universities and external parties

    • Plan and deploy campus recruitment related activities

    • Support the 3-year training and development program

    • Collaborate with business department to develop campus hired

Site HR

  • Provide HR services to Hsinchu office employees, including staffing, engagement, team building activities, etc.

  • Bridge Hsinchu site employee needs with all other HR functional professional located in Taipei site

  • Promote employer branding to attract young talent with close coordination with internal comminication in Taiwan

  • Influence line managers to see the value of HR interventions and be willing to apply HR professional mechanism to enlarge the impact of business

  • Perform HR operation and temporary duties as assigned

Preferred Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor or Master degree in HR or Business related field

  • 10-year HR related experience with at least 5-year talent acquisition related experience in Semiconductor, Hi-tech, or IT industry

  • Experience in campus recruiting is preferable.

  • Good skill in working with business leaders or line managers, providing proactive resourcing advice and consolidating all recruiment channls, including headhunter, job boards, advertising, internal referral, etc.

  • Real passion for innovation shown through creative recruiting strategies and continuous process improvement

  • Ability to partner with across HR functional experts to deliver effective business solutions

  • Ability to be successful within a multinational company and be able to interact with a diverse HR team and employee base

  • Fluent in English communication

  • Open minded with good interpersonal communication skill

  • Matured, self-disciplined, and respect confidentiality at work
