Key responsibilities:
Success will be measured in Sales revenues; bookings and profitability; developing a strong, structured and disciplined approach in managing a distributor; build together a solid growth plan in the country of responsibility; ensure improvement in customer satisfaction as per the regional and BU target
Enhance and grow key distributor partnerships by providing clear direction, and well-defined expextations while helping them communicate their requirements to our internal team
Develops and aligns goals/actions to achieve profitable growth and increase customer count
Helps create, implement, and monitor measurement tools for tracking distribution business progress
Provides monthly forecast for capacity bookings, POP & POS sales with key distributors
Collects, interprets, and communicates market intelligence on any relevant distributor changes to internal team
Recommends and executes on annual MarCom plan with key distributors and ensures the Company's brand is represented effectively
Assists in development of distributor training plans with key internal/external Sales and Marketing personnel
Provide support regarding activities of the Regional Account Manager, Marketing and Customer service representatives
Align job functions with sales goals and focus growth segment areas. Monitors progress and recommends changes and plans of action during weekly call and monthly demand review process
Communicates strategic message to Distributor partners branches, in coordination with Regional Account Managers, and Demand planning Reps to ensure awareness and support to Division portfolio and objectives at the branch level
Coordinates and helps to implement process driven solutions for various Distributor related sales operations (POS Reports, Inventory Analysis, Stock Rotations, NPI Programs, etc.)
To building effective relationships with key customers and distributors
Preferred Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Business Management, or other similiar technical degree is highly preferred
At least 8 years of recent/relevant experiences in semiconductor technical sales or marketing role
Working experiences on driving partnership and business growth with distributors in designated geography
Good product knowledge of power or imaging markets trends from both a technical and business perspective
Proven experience leveraging relationships to generate opportunities, position value and achieve profitable sales growth
Good communications skills and English fluency
Results oriented, demonstrate strong self-initiative and proven business acumen skills, high emotional quotient
