Key responsibilities:
Offering Sales Team in the best efficient environment for yearly business growth and being innovative to adapt the market change coming out the optimized and best process
Coordination between Sales Team and Demand Planning team to fulfill the demand from customers
Monitoring & driving the design funnel with Sales Team in order to support the business growth in the years to come
Alignment with the company policy concerning the focus product promotion together with Sales Team
Taking lead for the Audit programs as well as the update on Policy Deployment
Working on regular reports for POP/POS/Inventory/Backlogs/Sales Force quality/Monthly Forecast/ Standard Margin, etc.
Assessing market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends
Identifying markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends
Preferred Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor or Master of degree in Electrical Engineering or other similar technical related degree is highly preferred
At least 7~10 years+ in Semiconductor Industry in either Principles or Distribution with intelligence on Market, Applications, & Customers
Proficient in software applications: master in PowerPoint, Excel, & Power BI
English communication: Fluent in conversation and writing
Ability to collect and compile relevant data; and able to analyze information and think systematically.
Good verbal and written communication skills to deliver constructive input to key stakeholders
